To place an order you’ll first need to signup so that we can record some brief details about you and your property. You’ll receive an automatic email confirming your membership details.
When you’re ready to place an order you’ll need to login in order to access the oil order form (click the top right corner of the page).
Complete the form and press submit at the bottom of the page – you’ll see a box at the bottom of the page confirming that your order has been placed.
Within three days of the buying date, members who have placed an order will receive an email with details of the confirmed price per litre, the chosen supplier and the savings made by the buying group. This information will also be posted on the ‘recent orders’ page on the information section of the website.
Payment terms vary between suppliers so these details are always provided as part of our supplier and price confirmation email. You may be contacted by the supplier before delivery to arrange payment or you could be invoiced after delivery.
